All staff members at Fair Grove Weekday Children's Ministries must pass an extensive background check. Staff is certified in CPR, as well as First Aid. Safe Sanctuaries training is also required. Staff must attend monthly meetings as well as continuing education training. A semi-annual and annual performance review is completed by the Director to ensure the best quality care for your children.
Prior to employment with Fair Grove UMC, professional and personal references are required.
